Diversified Maintenance is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning and maintenance for commercial facilities. The role coordinates 2 to 50 janitorial staff, assigns tasks, inspects work, and ensures standards are met.

This full-time position offers weekly pay at $19 per hour; prior supervisory experience in janitorial is preferred. A high school diploma or three years of verifiable work history is required to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of three (3) years of verifiable work history.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in the janitorial industry.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to workers, and inspect completed work for conformance to standards.
• Issues supplies and equipment.
• Resolve workers' problems or refers matters to the Manager.
• Perform the duties of workers supervised.
• Directly supervise the performance outcomes of 2 to 50 janitorial service employees.
• Assist in training employees.
• Plan, assign, and direct work.
• Provide feedback for managers to effectively appraise employee performance.
• Address customer complaints and resolves problems.
• Collaborate with employees and perform related duties as a Working Supervisor.
