Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitorial Supervisor to coordinate and supervise cleaning and maintenance in commercial, industrial, and medical facilities.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory janitorial experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work holidays and weekends. Schedule is 10am–6pm for full-time hours with weekly pay at $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or minimum of three years of verifiable work history.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in janitorial industry.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to workers and inspect completed work to standards.
• Issue supplies and equipment.
• Resolve workers' problems or refer matters to Manager.
• Perform duties of workers supervised.
• Directly supervise 2 to 50 janitorial employees.
• Assist in training employees.
• Plan, assign, and direct work.
• Provide feedback for performance appraisal.
• Address customer complaints and resolve problems.
• Collaborate with employees and perform related duties as Working Supervisor.
