Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning teams at commercial, industrial, and medical facilities. You will coordinate tasks, inspect outcomes, and ensure clean, safe spaces while directing 2 to 50 staff in a fast-paced environment.

The position is Part Time, Evenings, Monday - Friday with a pay rate of $14.00 per hour and weekly pay. You will train employees and collaborate with management to address issues and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of three (3) years of verifiable work history.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in the janitorial industry.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to workers, and inspect completed work for conformance to standards.
• Issues supplies and equipment.
• Resolve workers' problems or refers matters to the Manager.
• Perform the duties of workers supervised.
• Directly supervise the performance outcomes of 2 to 50 janitorial service employees.
• Assist in training employees.
• Plan, assign, and direct work.
• Provide feedback for managers to effectively appraise employee performance.
• Address customer complaints and resolves problems.
• Collaborate with employees and perform related duties as a Working Supervisor.
