Expect to supervise 2–50 janitorial employees, assign tasks, train staff, and address customer concerns. The position is full-time in Alaska with morning and afternoon shifts and weekly pay at $30/hr.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 3+ years verifiable work history.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in janitorial industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to workers and inspect work for quality.
• Issue supplies and equipment as needed.
• Resolve worker problems or refer to Manager.
• Perform duties of workers supervised.
• Directly supervise 2–50 janitorial employees.
• Assist in training new staff.
• Plan, assign and direct ongoing work.
• Provide feedback for performance appraisals.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with team as a Working Supervisor.
