Job summary

Supreme Maintenance Organization in Watkinsville, GA is seeking a dedicated Janitorial Supervisor for the 2nd shift to ensure clean, safe facilities and high-quality service for our clients.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM, with responsibilities including supervising cleaning staff, inspecting work, coordinating tasks, and addressing customer requests while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising janitorial staff.
• Ability to work on 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, vacuuming, restroom and break room cleaning, and restocking supplies.
• Supervise, train, and coordinate cleaning personnel to ensure accounts meet quality standards.
• Inspect completed work, assign tasks, and reassign personnel to complete all work.
• Ensure staff comply with safety, timekeeping, and key control policies.
• Respond to customer requests and report issues to management to maintain a safe, productive environment.

Major Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of general cleaning tasks including, but not limited to: sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping, spot cleaning, trash collection and removal, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and replenishing supplies.
• Supervise, train, and coordinate cleaning personnel to ensure assigned accounts are cleaned to company quality standards and customer expectations.
• Inspect completed work, assign daily and periodic cleaning tasks, and reassign personnel as needed to ensure all work is completed.
• Ensure all personnel comply with company policies and procedures, including safety, security, timekeeping, and key control requirements.
• Respond to customer requests and concerns, report maintenance, safety, and security issues to management, and help maintain a safe and productive work environment.
