Job summary

Supreme Maintenance Organization in Watkinsville, GA is seeking a Part-Time Floor Care Technician for 2nd shift to help maintain clean facilities. The role offers evening hours with a stable schedule and competitive pay between $12.00 and $13.00 per hour.

Prior floor-care experience is preferred and will be considered during hiring. Responsibilities include stripping, refinishing, burnishing and carpet cleaning, operating floor-care equipment, basic custodial tasks, and ensuring safety

Qualifications

• Prior floor-care experience or familiarity with commercial floor-care procedures preferred.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM or 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM; availability discussed during hiring.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled floor-care services, including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, scrubbing, sealing, and carpet cleaning.
• Safely operate, clean, and store commercial floor-care equipment and machines.
• Inspect floor conditions and determine the appropriate cleaning or maintenance method.
• Move furniture and other items as needed to complete assigned floor-care work.
• Assist with general custodial duties when needed, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom cleaning.
• Follow company safety, security, and key-control procedures while reporting equipment, maintenance, or safety concerns promptly.
