Job summary

Vonachen Group is seeking a 1st shift Janitorial Supervisor in Rhinelander, WI. The role oversees daily duties, trains staff, and ensures safety and customer satisfaction.

This full-time position runs Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm with hourly pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), PTO, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR with reliable transportation.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and stay productive.
• Strong customer service and clear communication abilities.
• Willingness to attend training and work with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all assigned duties per facility scope of work.
• Redirect and document employee performance as needed.
• Train staff in specialized areas and document training.
• Prepare timekeeping and end-of-shift reports.
• Conduct QA audits and implement corrective actions.
• Stock janitor closets and supply rooms, maintain safety.
• Monitor building security and site safety protocols.

Vonachen Group is looking to hire a 1st shift Janitorial Supervisor in Rhinelander, WI.

The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high quality service levels, maintaining proper supply levels, adhering to company policies, and providing a safe working environment. This person acts as a liaison between clients and managers when the manager is not present.

Job responsibilities:

• Oversee all assigned duties/task per facility scope of work
• Encourage, redirect, correct, and document employee performance as appropriate
• Train employees into specialized areas and periodic assignments; document training
• Track all work and provide documentation as required; prepare timekeeping and End of Shift reports
• Conduct Quality Assurance audit and ensure corrective measures are implemented for all deficiencies
• Stock and maintain janitor closets, supply rooms
• Maintain a safe work environment and immediately report any safety risks or hazards
• Monitor building security, facilitate any site-specific safety protocol

Job requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high-level of performance

• Education and Experience
