ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Janitorial Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in Indiana, ensuring tasks are completed to our quality standards and within schedule.

You will supervise staff, assign duties, train the team, and conduct inspections while maintaining safety and proper records. The role requires 1+ years of supervisory experience in janitorial services and strong leadership abilities, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in janitorial services, preferably in a campus, aviation, warehouse or large facility environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, tools, and safety guidelines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand and walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.
• May require early morning or evening hours based on schedules.
• Must be able to respond quickly to urgent cleaning or maintenance needs.

Shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm, Friday - Sunday

Compensation: $20/hr.

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program
