The supervisor will train the cleaning team, manage schedules, report work orders, and coordinate supplies, equipment, and inventories while partnering with account managers to optimize staffing and service quality.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Two years of janitorial supervisor experience preferred and required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the training of the cleaning team.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Manage security of keys and access cards for the property.
• Report work orders for maintenance.
• Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with Manager. Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Complete order forms completely and accurately.
• Coordinate equipment usage and inventories.
• Manage daily employee lunches and breaks.
• Maintain daily shift report for managers.
• Perform basic administrative, payroll and attendance functions as required.
• Maintain communication with Account Managers to monitor staffing levels.
• Provide technical guidance and interpret policies for front-line employees.
• Ensure shift schedules are complete a week in advance.
• Work with leadership to cover all callouts.
• Accommodate staffing requests.

We are seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at a facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards, managing janitorial staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

Shift

M-F, 8am– 4:30pm

Pay

$28.00 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the training of the cleaning team.

• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills both written and verbal.


• Two (2) years of Janitorial Supervisor experience is preferred and required.


• Proven ability to manage a large team and/or staff.
