The Budd Group is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to lead campus custodial operations on a busy Charleston-area client site. You will supervise a cleaning crew, inspect spaces, train staff, and coordinate daily floor care while upholding safety standards.

This full-time, 1st shift role offers stable hours on a collegiate campus, pay between $21 and $22 per hour, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. You'll join a family-owned company committed to care, dignity, and respectful teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of custodial, cleaning, or janitorial leadership experience.
• Proven background guiding teams, setting daily work routines, and managing supplies.
• Strong communication skills and dependability.
