As our Janitorial Site Supervisor (serving as our on-site Janitorial Lead and Custodial Supervisor), you will lead our evening team to keep K-12 facilities spotless and safe.

• Lead and support general cleaners in their established routes while managing daily tasks and project zones.

• Inspect completed work to uphold high cleaning standards, OSHA guidelines, and site protocols.

• Coordinate special floor care projects and manage inventory for cleaning supplies.

• Connect professionally with clients and management to handle site requests swiftly.

What You Bring to the Team

• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in janitorial or custodial services.

• Strong communication, safety awareness, and detailed inspection skills.

• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs.

• Must be able to pass a state and national background check.
