The Budd Group is seeking a Janitorial Operations Supervisor in Hartwell, GA, offering a $18.00/hour wage and a full-time schedule Mon-Fri 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM. You will lead cross-site cleaning teams, ensure high standards, and support the Account Manager with scheduling and issue resolution.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of lead or supervisor experience, a valid driver's license with a clean MVR, strong communication, and physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 lbs.

What You’ll Do

As a Janitorial Operations Supervisor (Cleaning Supervisor), you will lead team members across multiple sites to ensure high-quality cleaning standards.

• Supervise daily duties including general cleaning, dusting, trash collection, vacuuming, and restroom sanitation.

• Assist the Account Manager or Operations Manager in executing special projects, scheduling, and resolving customer or employee issues.

• Safely operate equipment such as floor buffers, automatic scrubbers, wet vacuums, and pressure washers.

• Conduct safety and disinfection training, including PPE protocols and antimicrobial barrier applications.

• Serve as a hands-on leader by stepping in to perform janitorial duties and cover shifts as needed.

What You Bring to the Team

• 1-3 years of team lead, custodian supervisor, or janitorial supervisor experience required.

• Valid Driver’s License with a reliable vehicle and acceptable MVR required.

• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
