GDI Integrated Facility Services is looking for an experienced Janitorial Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Janitorial Team in Bismarck, North Dakota. This position involves leading associates, scheduling assignments, and ensuring janitorial standards are met.

Supervisor Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

• To lead and to supervise associates.
• Schedule and assign daily work assignments.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Ensure that janitorial work and floor projects are completed within required standards.
• Employee training and counseling
• Perform other assigned duties to support operations

Requirements

• Ability to lead and supervise
• Ability to be standing and/or walking for extended periods of time
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Must have reliable transportation
