Job summary

GDI, Inc. is seeking a reliable Site Supervisor to lead janitorial teams and ensure cleaning and floor projects meet established standards. The role emphasizes supervision, training, and teamwork within a facility services environment.

Qualifications

• Lead and supervise janitorial associates to meet standards.
• Ensure janitorial work and floor projects are completed on time.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff.
• Perform other janitorial duties as needed.
