GDI.com in Bismarck, North Dakota is looking for an experienced Janitorial Supervisor to lead our Janitorial Team. This role involves overseeing daily operations and ensuring that all tasks meet quality standards.

Supervisor Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

• To lead and to supervise associates.
• Schedule and assign daily work assignments.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Ensure that janitorial work and floor projects are completed within required standards.
• Employee training and counseling
• Perform other assigned duties to support operations

Requirements:

• Ability to lead and supervise
• Ability to be standing and/or walking for extended periods of time
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Must have reliable transportation
