Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor work assignments and schedules of team employees.
• Assist in training of new/replacement employees.
• Maintain detailed records and compile written reports as scheduled and/or needed.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections; monitor PPE, supplies and equipment.
• Function as conduit between management and front-line staff.
• Track equipment and supply inventory.
• Submit employee and customer requests or issues to the Account Manager.
• Provide corrective action recommendations on areas needing improvement.
• Daily inspection of routine work and building inspections.
• Report building deficiencies to Account Manager.

Pay or shift range: $18 USD to $20 USD

We looking to hire a Supervisor with janitorial experience to our team. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all daily and periodic requirements are completed to the highest standards and according to schedule. Additionally, this position will also ensure that customer requests are promptly addressed to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and in accordance with the required standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor work assignments and schedules of team employees.
• Assist in training of new/replacement employees.
• Maintain detailed records and compile written reports as scheduled and/or needed.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections; monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment.
• Function as the conduit of information between management and front-line staff.

• Submit employee personnel and customer requests or issues to the Account Manager.
• Provide corrective action recommendations on areas that need improvement.
• Daily inspection of routine work and perform building inspections.
• Report any building deficiencies to Account Manager.
