Compass Group USA's ESFM division is seeking a full-time Janitorial Shift Supervisor in Greencastle, PA. Direct associates on a shift, ensure tasks meet quality and safety standards, and uphold policy adherence.

• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May mentor, develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Pay Range:$26.75per hour to$33.00per hour

Job Summary
