Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Janitorial Shift Lead to oversee on-site cleaning operations at our Jefferson, GA account. You will supervise a diverse on-site team and ensure cleanliness standards across floors, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas while enforcing safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise a diverse on-site janitorial team to maintain standards.
• Clean various flooring surfaces and sanitize restrooms and breakrooms.
• Dust, wipe down furniture and equipment, and manage supplies and dispensers.
• Restock restrooms and breakrooms; manage waste and liners.
• Ensure labeling and use of cleaning chemicals; maintain janitorial equipment.
• Report irregularities and enforce Sizemore’s policies and procedures.
• Support client and internal partner communications and safety initiatives.

Pay rate: $17.50/hour (Weekly Pay on Friday)

Night Shift: Wed - Sat; 6 AM - 5 PM (4-10-hour shifts a week)

Job Summary

The Janitorial Shift Lead will be responsible for the shift operations and performing janitorial duties at the assigned account. It will be essential that the Janitorial Shift Lead supports and integrates Sizemore’s core values of Flexibility, Improvement, Reliability, Safety and Teamwork into the daily performance of assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Ability to supervisor a diverse team to ensure standards on-site are constantly met.
• Clean various flooring surfaces including vacuuming with a push vacuum/backpack vacuum (9-12 lbs.), sweeping, mopping and scrubbing.
• Sanitize restrooms including sinks, toilets, urinals, floors, etc.
• Dust/wipe down office furniture and equipment, baseboards, windows, blinds, etc.
• Clean/disinfect breakrooms including countertops, microwaves, refrigerators, tables, chairs, floors, etc.
• Restock supplies/refill dispensers in restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, etc.
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners to fit.
• Ensure proper labeling and use of all cleaning chemicals available.
• Maintains janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Operates specialized equipment as needed.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Abide by and enforce Sizemore’s and client’s policies and procedures as needed.
• Other tasks may be assigned as required.

Working Conditions

Work may be inside or outside in various building and weather conditions. Extensive walking or standing for extended periods of time. Lifting/carrying items generally weighing 50 lbs. or less
