Job summary

Sizemore Inc. is hiring a Janitorial Shift Lead for a night schedule at our Daytona Beach site. You will oversee shift operations, supervise staff, and perform cleaning duties across facilities, while upholding Sizemore’s values of reliability, safety, and teamwork. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, with weekly pay and full-time hours.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on a condensed 3.5-night schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial and supervisor experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to supervise a diverse team and ensure standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a diverse team to maintain on-site standards.
• Clean flooring surfaces: vacuum, sweep, mop, scrub.
• Sanitize restrooms and clean/disinfect breakrooms.
• Dust and wipe office furniture, baseboards, windows.
• Restock supplies and refill dispensers in restrooms and common areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners; label and use chemicals properly.
• Maintain janitorial equipment; operate specialized gear as needed.
• Report irregularities and enforce policies; other tasks as required.
