Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three to four years of janitorial experience with a documented work history preferred.
• Experience in quality control.
• Ability to work with individuals with disabilities.
• Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain productive relationships and communicate with participants, staff, officials and the public.
• Ability to prepare required reports.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Must be able to obtain DoD security clearance.
• Must provide immunization records (MMR, Tdap, Hepatitis B, Varicella, TB) and a valid Michigan driver license.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain a complete quality control program to meet contract requirements.
• Identify potential and actual problem areas in services provided.
• Perform daily quality inspections of contracted areas.
• Measure and update quality standards to ensure contract compliance.
• Meet with government officials to discuss inspections and discrepancies.
