Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and administration to ensure conformance with contract requirements for the assigned building.

You will develop cost control measures, establish level of service standards, supervise inspections, quality control, and inventory of equipment and supplies to support compliant service delivery.

• Develops and implements cost control measures and level of service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications / contract requirements.
