ABM is seeking a Janitorial Project Manager in San Francisco to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure contract compliance, and implement cost controls. You will manage a team of technicians, drive safety, and coordinate with clients to meet service level expectations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5 years of management experience (janitorial a plus), and relevant facility certifications. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years of management experience; janitorial experience a plus.
• Certifications such as BOMI, IFMA, APWA or similar facility maintenance credentials preferred.
