Innovative Facility Services (IFS) is hiring a full-time Cleaner to join our fast-paced janitorial team in Norwood, MA. The role involves cleaning restrooms, offices, and common areas, performing sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal, and supporting deep cleaning tasks as needed.

We offer a benefits package with health and life insurance and a 401(k) plan with employer match. This position is union-represented under the applicable CBA, with a schedule of 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications
