Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has an immediate opportunity to join our Janitorial Services Team as a Porter. This hourly, non-exempt position requires interacting with customers, meeting daily duties, and delivering cleaning services in high-volume sites.

Shifts include 11AM–8PM or 12PM–9PM, weekends required, with starting pay of $18.04 per hour. Candidates should be able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk 10-12 hours, and read safety documents.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to interact with customers daily and maintain relations.
• Ability to lead and provide solutions to problems.
• Good communication with internal and external customers.
• Familiarity with timekeeping via KBSPresence.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services in high-volume, high-traffic sites.
• Interact with customers daily and fulfill requests.
• Maintain customer relations and execute daily janitorial duties.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes.
• Lead where needed and offer solutions to problems.
• Adhere to manager-directed responsibilities.
