Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Porter to join our janitorial services team in Missouri. This on-site role focuses on delivering high-quality cleaning, interacting with customers, and maintaining busy facilities during weekend shifts.

Starting pay is $18.04 per hour, with shifts 11AM–8PM or 12PM–9PM and weekend availability. Candidates should have physical stamina, the ability to follow instructions, and strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours.
• Read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions (English; Spanish where required).
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Use KBSPresence mobile timekeeping for clocking in/out and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services in high-volume, high-traffic sites.
• Interact with customers daily and fulfill requests.
• Maintain broad knowledge of cleaning/janitorial processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and propose solutions to issues.
• Assist with other duties as directed by the manager.
