Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is hiring a Porter to join our janitorial services team. This role is non-exempt and hourly, with shifts on Friday/Saturday 2pm–8pm and Sunday 12pm–5pm, in a fast-paced environment focused on high-volume site work.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour. The Porter will interact with customers daily, perform cleaning duties, and maintain excellent customer relations while meeting site needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Stand and walk for 10–12 hours per shift.
• Follow written instructions and safety rules.
• Read and interpret safety and operation documents (English; Spanish where required).
• Effective communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services and interact with customers to meet daily needs.
• Maintain customer relations while executing requests and janitorial duties.
• Demonstrate broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and suggest solutions to problems.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by the manager.
