Mark’s Cleaning Service is seeking a dependable Janitorial Operations Support Specialist to help keep our commercial cleaning operations running smoothly. This hands-on role blends cleaning duties with field support at customer locations, assisting cleaning teams and Area Managers to maintain quality service.

You’ll perform cleaning tasks, help with staffing coverage, train and support staff, and ensure safety and customer-service standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to work at different customer locations.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is helpful.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Mark’s Cleaning Service is looking for a dependable Janitorial Operations Support Specialist to help keep our commercial cleaning operations running smoothly.

This is a hands‑on position that combines cleaning responsibilities with field support. You will work at customer locations, assist cleaning teams, help address service needs, and support our Area Managers in maintaining quality service.

What You’ll Do

• Provide cleaning and operational support at customer locations
• Assist with coverage when staffing needs arise
• Help ensure customer locations meet Mark’s Cleaning Service standards
• Perform janitorial and custodial duties as needed
• Assist with training and supporting cleaning employees
• Help identify and address cleaning or service issues
• Communicate concerns and updates to management
• Assist with special projects and additional cleaning needs
