Mark’s Cleaning Service is seeking a reliable Cleaning Operations Support Technician to assist with daily operations across our commercial cleaning accounts in Medina area. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can step in wherever support is needed.

Responsibilities include providing cleaning support at customer locations, assisting with staffing, performing routine janitorial duties, and helping train new employees while upholding company standards and safety

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual
• Valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable
• Must be able to travel between customer locations
• Able to work independently
• Willing to help with a positive attitude
• Cleaning experience preferred
• Leadership experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning support at customer locations
• Assist with employee coverage and staffing needs
• Perform routine janitorial and custodial duties
• Help maintain cleaning quality and company standards
• Assist employees and cleaning teams when additional support is needed
• Help with training and new employee support
• Address routine cleaning and service issues
• Assist with special projects and detail cleaning
• Communicate account concerns to management
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and employees
• Follow all company procedures and safety requirements
