What You’ll Do

As our Janitorial Section Lead (also working as a Janitorial Team Lead / Cleaning Lead Worker), you will help keep our facility spotless and our cleaning operations running smoothly! Your daily duties include:

• Performing general cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and vacuuming.

• Inspecting work areas and checking behind teams of cleaners to ensure tasks meet quality scope standards.

• Assisting supervisors with site oversight and leading by example.

What You Bring to the Team

• 1 year of experience as a Janitorial Section Lead, Cleaning Lead Worker, or commercial custodian.

• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively throughout shift.

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and leadership skills.
