Responsibilities

• Schedule staff shifts and monitor attendance.
• Report absences and conduct staff performance reviews.
• Make recommendations to management regarding promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
• Assign janitorial duties and inspect work to meet standards.
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to staff as needed.
• Take inventory of supplies and inform management when depleted.
• Assist with screening and hiring of new applicants.
• Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff.
• Resolve conflicts between staff efficiently.
• Attend meetings and in-service training sessions as required.
• Cover janitorial duties during staff shortages.
