ServiceMaster Clean in Minnesota is seeking a Monday–Friday supervisor to oversee and train janitorial staff, ensuring clean, healthy environments for our customers. You will lead teams, coordinate with operations, and support client relations on a day-to-day basis.

You will coordinate staffing, assist in interviewing and hiring, and perform on-site inspections and training. A flexible, teamwork-focused approach helps us deliver reliable service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ supervisory or managerial experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to train new hires.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, motivate, and work with janitorial supervisors and staff.
• Coordinate flow of communication between staff and business partners.
• Assist in interviewing, reviewing, and hiring processes.
• Provide in-office and hands-on training for new hires.
• Conduct follow-up visits to build strong client relationships.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and deliver as needed.
• Perform periodic onsite inspections and client reviews.
• Foster a professional, dependable, and on-time team culture.
