Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Janitorial Operations Manager to oversee operations at one of our client sites. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, and a team player. This role offers an opportunity to advance your career in a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities across multiple sites, ensuring proper cleaning of designated areas.
• Plan, organize, and direct team members to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Handle payroll submissions and approvals.
• Oversee employee training, hiring, discipline, and termination.
• Conduct ongoing staff training and certify employees on equipment.
• Perform scorecard walks, inspections, and generate reports.
• Communicate building status and appearance to upper management.
• Maintain supplies and inventory.
• Enforce safety rules and procedures, ensuring OSHA standards are met.
• Ensure proper maintenance and repair of equipment.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in commercial janitorial services.
• Proven supervisory experience managing 15+ employees.
• Ability to manage budgets and make independent decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with office applications.
• Reliable, diligent, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending tasks.
• Extensive standing and walking.
