Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Janitorial Crew Lead in the Philadelphia area. The role includes directing crew tasks, coordinating with the client, and ensuring efficient daily operations in a distribution center environment.

Starting pay is $14.00 per hour, with shifts Monday through Friday, 7am–11am. We offer benefits for part-time staff and a path to supervisory leadership within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations preferred.
• 1-3 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented and able to motivate the team.

Responsabilités

• The Crew Lead performs site Crew tasks and ensures Crew tasks are fully executed at site.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service as needed.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure Crew members understand and adhere to safety policies.
• Coordinate daily operations and resolve deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with new hires and training.
• Ensure team has the information and tools to do their jobs effectively.
• May assist with interviews and training.
• Lead by example and motivate the crew.
