• Inspect completed work for conformance to ABM and client standards; train new workers and oversee ongoing training.

Responsible for the direct oversight of frontline janitorial employees, in close cooperation with managers as well as cleaning designated facilities according to company assignments.

Pay : $28.00 per hour

Hours: Sunday to Thursday - overnight hours 6:00pm-2:30am - Or - 10pm - 6:30 am (Subject to change)

Responsibilities

• This manager is responsible for an assigned area or a building responsible for the direct oversight of frontline janitorial employees responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met and the frontline employees are complying with all safety, quality, and compliance standards established by the company and by our clients responsible for directing and cleaning designated areas within appropriate timeframes

• maintain communication with managers to maintain optimum staffing levels, meet client expectations, and coordinate facility operations in close coordination with managers, effectively coach, counsel and discipline employees
