Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment, chemicals, and industry best practices.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Respond promptly to client concerns and service requests.
• Monitor inventory levels and order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Enforce safety regulations and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Complete operational reports, inspections, and documentation accurately and timely.

Job Description The Supervisor, Janitorial Services is responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, leading janitorial staff, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position provides hands-on leadership, conducts inspections, coordinates staffing, and ensures all work is performed safely and in accordance with company and client expectations.

Pay: $26.00-$28.00/hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
