Advance Cleaning Contractors in Toledo, OH seeks an Area Manager to oversee commercial cleaning operations across the area. This hands-on leadership role requires supervising crews, ensuring quality, training staff, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Shifts run Monday through Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm, with overtime and occasional weekends as needed. A full benefits package, company vehicle during work hours, and a company cell phone are provided.

Qualifications

Advance Cleaning Contractors is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee commercial cleaning operations throughout the Toledo area. We are looking for a leader who understands that great customer service starts with supporting employees and leading by example.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour
• Higher starting wage may be negotiated based on experience and qualifications.
