Job summary

Advance Cleaning Contractors is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple commercial cleaning accounts in the Toledo area. This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to motivate and coach teams.

You will supervise crews, ensure safety, maintain customer satisfaction, and report to management. A full benefits package, vehicle and cell phone are provided, with a starting pay of $22.00 per hour.

Advance Cleaning Contractors is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee commercial cleaning operations throughout the Toledo area. We are looking for a leader who understands that great customer service starts with supporting employees and leading by example.

If you have supervisory experience, janitorial knowledge, and enjoy building strong teams, we'd love to hear from you.

Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm. Overtime and occasional weekends as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour

Position Summary
