Job Summary

Working as the Facilities Manager, you are responsible for assisting with the overall management and operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring that services offered to the customers are of superior quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Management duties including hiring, professional development, communication with staff, performance reviews, and personal responsibility for the Facility team.
  2. Office services management such as organizing daily activities, project management, developing standards and policies, managing vendor contracts, new hire orientation, communication of events, maintaining intranet pages, and monthly newsletters.
  3. Vendor management including vendor relations, coordination, performance monitoring, and researching new vendors.
  4. Safety and security responsibilities, including ensuring safety, emergency response planning, regulatory compliance, after-hours contact, and training on emergency procedures.
  5. Purchasing and reporting, including managing financial reports, attendance, payroll, inventory, and service reports.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in facilities services or related fields preferred.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and make sound decisions under stress.
  • Strong customer service and effective communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify strong talent that contributes positively to the client's environment.
  • Experience working with vendors, accounts payable/receivable, and budget management preferred.
  • Proficiency in Internet and Microsoft Office applications.
