Location: Middletown, NY

New Windsor, NY
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $18.04/hr

Travel to other sites possible.

Job Description:
Position requires cleaning of a multi-purpose site.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Floor Care (Knowledge of buffer machines and floor scrubbers)
2. Restrooms
3. Carpet Cleaning (Use of carpet extractor)
4. Windows
5. Light painting/repairs
6. Vacuuming/dusting
7. Snow removal

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:

1. Previous experience in the janitorial field, preferably in an office/industrial setting
2. Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
