Job summary

Van-Am Tool & Engineering LLC is seeking a dependable Janitorial Maintenance Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m.

to 2:30 p.m., with compensation of $18.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience. Responsibilities include cleaning offices and production areas, restocking supplies, and handling minor maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning chemical handling and storage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, production areas, and common spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash and recycling.
• Replenish restroom and break room supplies.
• Clean windows, doors, and other facility surfaces.
• Perform minor building maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Safely use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

What You Will Do

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, production areas, and common spaces
