Job summary

NuWaves RF Solutions in Middletown, OH is seeking a reliable, self-motivated Janitorial Maintenance Custodian to maintain cleanliness, organization, and general upkeep across two facilities. This part-time role averages 20–25 hours per week and pays $18–$23 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices and common areas, restocking supplies, performing light maintenance, and coordinating tasks between locations.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

• Ability to travel between the two company facilities as required.
• Ability to perform physical duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning supplies.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, hallways, and common areas at both facilities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors and other surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Replenish restroom supplies and janitorial materials as needed.
• Perform routine facility inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Complete minor repairs and general upkeep tasks as assigned.
• Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and supply storage areas.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper cleaning chemical-handling practices.
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance responsibilities between both facilities.
• Identify and communicate facility issues requiring additional attention.
• Perform other custodial and facility maintenance duties as needed.
