Job summary

NuWaves RF Solutions is seeking a reliable Janitorial Maintenance Custodian for two Middletown facilities. The part-time role expects 20–25 hours weekly with pay between $18.00 and $23.00 per hour.

The position focuses on routine cleaning, light maintenance, and general upkeep to maintain a safe and professional workplace. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of traveling between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or facility maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to travel between two facilities.
• Physical ability to perform duties (standing, bending, lifting, moving supplies).
• Able to follow safety procedures and written/verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, hallways, and common areas at two facilities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Replenish restroom supplies and janitorial materials as needed.
• Perform routine facility inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Complete minor repairs and general upkeep tasks as assigned.
• Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and supply storage areas.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance responsibilities between both facilities.
• Identify and communicate facility issues requiring additional attention.

The successful candidate will be responsible for routine janitorial services, light maintenance, and facility upkeep at both locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, hallways, and common areas at both facilities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors and other surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Replenish restroom supplies and janitorial materials as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Dependable, punctual, and organized.
• Ability to travel between the two company facilities as required.
• Ability to perform physical duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning supplies.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and written or verbal instructions.

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $18.00-$23.00, based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
