Description

The Janitor / Maintenance Attendant plays an integral role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our clubs. Working with Club Leadership, the Janitor ensures that the club facility is kept clean, safe, and sanitary.

Position Requirements

Expectations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization inside the club
• Maintain cleanliness on the immediate exterior of the club
• Assist with member and guest service when required
• Complete daily cleaning checklists as specified by the general manager
• Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude towards staff, members, and guests
• Follow all policies, procedures, and standards
• Address member requests or escalate to a manager
• Monitor and report facility concerns, including equipment and building issues
• Assist with projects delegated by management
• Adhere to all policies in the Team Member Handbook
• Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned

Requirements

• Obtain or maintain a valid Child / Infant CPR Certification
• Experience working with children
• Certifications required by local/state laws

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
• Stand, bend, and squat frequently
• Push and pull cleaning and maintenance equipment as needed

Employment Eligibility

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States, with proof as required
