POSITION SNAPSHOT : The maintenance position is crucial for maintaining cleanliness and creating a positive first impression for guests. Responsibilities include cleaning, repairing, and maintaining both the interior and exterior of our building.

NITTY GRITTY DETAILS :

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment.
• Keep your supervisor informed of any issues and take corrective actions as needed.
• Operate all equipment safely and correctly.
• Use chemicals properly, following safety and cost guidelines.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Control costs by managing inventory and waste.
• Clean and maintain kitchen, floors, walls, drains, windows, fixtures, wood and tile surfaces, restrooms, and other areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, trash cans, back dock, and other facilities.
• Assist team members as needed and promote a cooperative work environment.
• Work friendly hours, including days, nights, and weekends, with a positive attitude.
• Previous maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Dress professionally and maintain a neat appearance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

Must be able to work days, nights, and weekends, in a noisy environment, lift up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and cleaning.
