Position Snapshot: The maintenance role is crucial for maintaining cleanliness and creating a positive first impression for guests. Responsibilities include cleaning, repairing, and maintaining both the interior and exterior of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment.
• Keep your supervisor informed of any issues and take corrective actions promptly.
• Operate equipment safely and correctly.
• Use chemicals properly, following safety and cost guidelines.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Control costs by managing inventory and waste.
• Clean and maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls, and drains.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
• Clean windows, lamps, mirrors, fixtures, and floors.
• Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies.
• Dust fixtures and polish hardware.
• Clean ceiling fans, air vents, and HVAC filters.
• Maintain cleanliness of mats and trash areas.
• Assist team members as needed to support business operations.
• Foster a positive working relationship with colleagues to promote teamwork and morale.
• Be friendly, approachable, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Previous maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Be disciplined, self-motivated, and flexible with working days, nights, and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment, lift up to 30 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and cleaning.
