The ideal candidate has 2+ years of commercial janitorial experience, strong customer service, safety focus, and the ability to train new staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial janitorial experience.
• Must be a team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills; safety-conscious and able to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct special cleaning projects.
• Stock and inventory supply closets.
• Vacuuming, edging, dusting, and cleaning restrooms and breakrooms.
• Window cleaning; empty trash and transport to disposal area.
• Sweep and mop floors; assist Cleaning Manager with day-to-day operations.
• May train new cleaners and fill in during staff shortages.
