Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Understanding of industrial cleaning industry with the ability to lead and motivate others to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation.
Professional oral and written interpersonal communication.
2+ years supervisory experience preferred, ideally within the industrial cleaning environment/related to our line of work.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily work schedules.
Ensure completion and quality of all tasks per work schedules and special projects.
Evaluate employee performance and document corrective action when appropriate.
Coordinate the location’s inventory needs and interface with purchasing to maintain levels.
Work with operations manager to access future staffing requirements and schedules.
Lead daily technician and team leader meetings to review safety and operations topics.
Identify, analyze and resolve operational problems.
Ensure established quality standards are met or exceeded.
Conduct annual reviews of direct reports and recommend merit increases.
Complete nightly administrative tasks and provide shift status reports.
