Vonachen Group is seeking a Part-Time 2nd Shift lead in Huntsville, AL. You will coordinate, mentor, and monitor cleaning staff to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to infection control guidelines.

Responsibilities include training staff, assigning tasks, and documenting performance. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license with clean MVR, and be able to lift 50 lbs; daily pay and 401(k) eligibility are offered.

• Must be 18 years or older and a valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• High school diploma or GED; some administrative experience preferred.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk long periods, and bend/twist.

• Detail cleaning e.g., corners and edges, door jambs and hard to reach surfaces.
• Positively interacts with each employee in assigned area on a regular basis.
• Encourages, redirects, corrects, and documents employee performance as appropriate.
• Aids co-workers to meet customer demands and timelines; coordinates cleaning of restricted areas.
• Trains employees into specialized areas and documents training.

Job Skills / Requirements

The Lead is responsible for assuring assigned area is maintained and daily workload is completed by coordinating, assisting with, and monitoring the work of assigned staff, mentoring employees, and overseeing quality assurance activities. This person ensures work is completed in accordance with department and facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines.

Job responsibilities:

• Detail cleaning e.g., corners and edges, door jambs and hard to reach surfaces

• Aids co-workers as appropriate to meet customer demands and appropriate timelines; coordinates cleaning of restricted access areas to perform necessary cleaning
• Trains employees into specialized areas and periodic assignments and documents training

Job requirements:

• Skills and Abilities
• Must be 18 years or older and a valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• Possesses good verbal and written communication skills

• Some experience with performing administrative tasks is required

Details:

• Part-Time 2nd Shift
• Mon-Fri 5pm-9:30pm
• $19/hr
• 401(k) eligible after 60 days of employment
• Must pass pre-employment requirements as needed
