Job summary

Trade Pro Inc is seeking Janitors/Laborers to join our team for cleaning, organization, and safety-focused tasks in a commercial setting. The role requires endurance to work in heat and the ability to lift 50-100 lbs, with opportunities to ensure facilities are well-maintained and stocked.

Responsibilities include restroom upkeep, hourly inspections, stocking supplies, and keeping break rooms, offices, and storage areas clean and organized. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or related fields.
• Must be able to read and follow directions.
• Must be able to work in the heat.
• Able to lift 50 - 100 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Restroom cleaning and upkeep.
• Perform documented hourly inspections.
• Stocking (toilet paper, etc).
• Clean Breakrooms and designated smoking areas.
• Stocking water in the fridge.
• Clean fridge.
• Clean tables.
• Set back chairs.
• Clean offices, hallways and current tool room organization.
• Pick up trash in parking area.
• Check fire extinguishers are in place.
• Ensure First Aid Kit is stocked.
• Stocking items in freezer (e.g., Squwincher Pops).
• Organize and inventory safety PPE.
• Inventory uniforms and storage areas.
