Job summary

SPM, LLC is seeking a reliable Janitor to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our commercial properties in Birmingham, AL. You will clean offices, common areas, and outdoor spaces, and operate equipment to support daily operations.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restrooms, handling stainless steel surfaces, landscaping, box truck use, and reporting through computer systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in janitorial or custodial work in commercial buildings.
• Ability to safely lift and carry heavy weights regularly.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to janitorial and landscaping work.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a box truck.
• Familiarity with using computers for reporting and scheduling.
